At Pahl & Associates our mission is to provide prospective immigrants the services they deserve and to assist them with all the relevant information they may require. We believe trust, honesty and reliability, are the keys to successful practice.
Pahl & Associates was founded by Mr. Balvinder S. Pahl LLB (Hons). Mr. Pahl graduated with a law degree in the U.K. in 1985 and he has more than nineteen years of experience working exclusively in area of immigration. He began his career in 1989 as an Immigration Counsellor with the Immigrants Advisory Service (IAS) the largest charity in the U.K. assisting those with immigration problems. Since leaving the IAS, Mr. Pahl remained in immigration field as an Immigration Consultant in private practice; and as an Immigration Executive with a leading immigration law firm in the U.K.
During the years Mr. Pahl has dealt regularly with government departments and overseas posts whilst helping hundreds of individuals and families with their immigration applications. Mr. Pahl has also represented numerous clients before the Immigration Appellate Authorities. He has been quoted in legal journals and newspapers in matters pertinent to his immigration experiences and successful client decisions.
Mr. Pahl regularly attends and participates in seminars/courses relevant to immigration practice in order to keep abreast of the ever-changing U.K. immigration regulations and policies, and to provide competent and professional services for the benefit of his clients. Pahl & Associates is registered at the highest level of registration with the OISC (Level 3) in all categories of immigration work that includes, managed migration, European law, Nationality & Citizenship, Appeals and other complex immigration casework.
As part of our team we also have of multi lingual registered Immigration Advisors working for our clients providing immigration advise and services within their respective levels of registration with the OISC.
As members of the OISC Pahl & Associates team which has over 35 years of experience is bound to comply with high standards of ethics professionally and personally. This means that the applications we submit will always be completed to a strict professional standard. Prior to accepting a case it will be thoroughly reviewed to ensure that it stands a reasonable chance of being accepted by the U.K. immigration authorities. In the event that an application is weak as to any legal merit, a prospective client will be so informed in an honest and frank manner to avoid clients' wasting their time and hard-earned money.
