Application Preparation Service
This service enables Pahl & Associates who are fully licensed and registered members of OISC to take full ownership of all aspects of the case. We will initially review the legal merits of your proposed immigration/visa application and consider any documentation you intend to submit to the UK immigration authorities.
We will then explain to you the areas of your case that are weak, and may give rise to potential problems. Our experience allows us to pre-empt the issues the immigration authorities may identify and question.
Pahl & Associates will be able to clarify the issues with you, and identify any further documentation that you may not have considered, that the immigration authorities will expect before approving your case.
Furthermore, we will prepare application form, covering letters, and other guidance documents to both facilitate the approval of your application. If required we will also prepare you for a personal interview with the immigration authorities in UK or at a British High Commission or Embassy.
Pahl & Associates will continue to liaise with the UK immigration authorities up until the visa or Home Office immigration decision is issued. |
